HOW IT WORKS
After an initial consultation, I’ll send you a detailed questionnaire to understand your goals, abilities, and schedule.
I’ll design your first exercise routines and nutrition targets, providing you with all the tools you need to succeed.
You’ll receive access to your new account and the DTF app, where you can track your progress, log workouts, and manage your photo diary, among other features.
As your Personal Trainer and Fitness Coach, we’ll schedule a LIVE fitness session, either a full Virtual PT Session or a technique coaching session. The Online Training Package includes one Virtual PT or Coaching Session every 4 weeks, plus an additional coaching call with me to check on your progress and make updates.
A Full Health & Wellbeing Program
- Custom exercise routines and workouts tailored to your needs, providing the right variety and intensity.
- Mobility and flexibility routines integrating Pilates and Yoga principles to enhance daily mobility and core strength, ensuring you stay agile and pain-free.
- Regular check-in calls with your trainer.
- Regular ‘LIVE’ PERSONAL TRAINING or technique tutorials.
